This one lasts 45 minutes, and the whole family can participate, or a part, for only 10 euros, and a lot of fun and advantages for your body and energy.
We will work on muscle building, with abdominals (with special attention to your pelvic floor), squats, pumps, HIIT’s, exercise circuits, a little cardio, etc. in the right atmosphere and with some catchy music.
Why not try the experiment?
The course is accessible for everyone, and for all levels. Simpler or more competitive options are offered, so that everyone can work at their own pace and endurance.
It feels especially good, whether it’s at noon, in the early evening before dinner, or on Saturday mornings to start a weekend full of energy.
