Bootcamp
I suggest you practice your physical activity outdoors, in a park, surrounded by greenery and birdsongs.
We will work on muscle building, with abdominals (with special attention to your pelvic floor), squats, pumps, HIIT’s, exercise circuits, a little cardio, etc. in the right atmosphere and with some catchy music.
Why not try the experiment?
The course is accessible for everyone, and for all levels. Simpler or more competitive options are offered, so that everyone can work at their own pace and endurance.
Your children are welcome to play near you during the 45-minute session. No more excuses then…. I’m waiting for you there. Don’t hesitate to register.
The equipment is available… all you need to do is to bring your motivation !!!

The program schedule
Tuesday and Thursday between 12:00 and 13:30.
Friday between 16.30 and 18.00 hrs.
Sunday between 10am and 1pm.
